Bells and Flow

Bells and Flow is an online kettlebell and Animal Flow workout program. You don’t need any previous experience of kettlebells or flow, however you do need a certain level of fitness and be used to doing some form of exercise or movement.

There are 6 workouts, around 20 minutes long which put kettlebell and Animal Flow moves together in fun and effective sequences.
Each workout has a set of tutorials, which teach you the movements including modifications if you need them.
The final workout puts all 5 sequences together.

There’s a warmup and cooldown to help ease you in and out of the workouts.
Each workout should ideally be done 3-4 times a week for 2 weeks before moving on to the next stage, making it a 12 week program.
You will have access to the whole program for a minimum of 6 months.
